    本发明涉及整体吊弦技术领域,且公开了一种整体吊弦防磨压接装置及方法,包括压接铜管,压接铜管内嵌入有嵌套;嵌套的端部开设有若干个供绞线穿入的通道;嵌套内设有隔离结构,用于将若干个通道隔离,避免绞线之间接触。本发明通过在压接铜管内嵌入尼龙材质的嵌套,使得在整体吊弦振动过程中,在内壁的结构作用下,避免了线材之间的直接接触,使得嵌套与绞线摩擦,嵌套采用尼龙材质,具有良好的自润滑性,质地较软可有效避免线材磨损导致的吊弦失效。同时采用弧面结构设置,可以避免绞线与压接铜管直接接触防止磨损。从而解决两线接触点、线材与压接管接触点,在振动过程中极易发生磨损造成绞线断裂失效的问题。
