The invention provides an AGV multi-battery power supply mode switching method which comprises the steps that an AGV moves to be close to a backpack battery device, and the backpack battery device is electrically connected with a power supply control module through a brush type contact structure; the power supply control module interrupts the power supply of the power supply module to the AGV, the power supply control module switches from the backpack type battery device to supply power to the AGV, and the backpack type battery device charges the power supply module at the same time; the AGV receives the task, the power supply control module switches the power supply module to supply power to the AGV, and the AGV moves to execute the task and disconnects the connection with the backpack battery device; the AGV completes the task, moves to be close to the backpack type battery device and is connected with the backpack type battery device. According to the AGV multi-battery power supply mode switching method provided by the invention, the AGV is provided with the selectively connected backpack type battery device, and the multi-battery power supply mode switching is introduced, so that the AGV keeps good cruising ability in operation.
