Compared with the prior art, the impact force of an automobile on the charging pile can be reduced, the charging pile is prevented from being damaged, the maintenance frequency is reduced, and therefore the operating cost is reduced.
本发明公开一种节约成本的充电桩,包括充电桩壳体,缓冲壳套、支撑杆以及缓冲机构,缓冲壳套设在充电桩壳体前侧,缓冲壳套包括前挡板和侧滑板,支撑杆的一端安装前挡板上且另一端伸入充电桩壳体内滑动连接,充电桩壳体的前侧面设有安装架,缓冲机构包括安装杆、第一调节块、第二调节块、缓冲顶杆以及拉簧,安装杆设在安装架内,第一调节块和第二调节块设在安装杆上,缓冲顶杆设在第一调节块上,缓冲顶杆的一端与第一调节块转动连接且另一端设有导向轮,导向轮与前挡板滚动连接,拉簧安装在第二调节块上,拉簧与与缓冲顶杆的侧壁连接。与现有技术相比,本发明能够减小汽车对充电桩的撞击力,防止充电桩损坏,减少维修次数,从而降低经营成本。
