And the temperature sensor positioned in the quick charging connector on the battery pack is specially arranged to monitor the temperature change at the connecting port in real time, so that the problem of overheat and fire in the high-power quick charging process is further reduced.

    本发明提供一种汽车充电热管理控制方法、系统、电子设备及存储介质,方法包括:在开始充电时,即识别充电桩的输出电流能力,确定相应的冷却等级,并且根据环境温度综合确定冷却液水泵占空比,从而实现大功率快充的提前预冷,在充电过程中,本发明进一步根据冷却液温度实时调节压缩机功率,以实现冷却液温度的稳定,本发明还针对现有大功率快充过程中未对高压线束到电池包连接端口进行温度监测的缺陷,专门设置了位于电池包上面快充连接器内部的温度传感器,以实时监测该连接端口处的温度变化,从而进一步降低了大功率快充过程中的过热失火问题。
