The invention discloses a new energy automobile electric control system, which relates to the technical field of new energy, and comprises a control module, a battery management module and a driving motor control module, wherein the control module comprises a power supply circuit unit, a CAN (Controller Area Network) communication unit, a switching value unit and an A/D (Analog to Digital) acquisition unit which are all in circuit communication with the vehicle control unit, and the control module is used for acquiring comprehensive signals, making corresponding judgment according to comprehensive analysis of intention of a driver and monitoring actions of each part controller in a vehicle; according to the technical scheme, a pre-charging unit is additionally arranged on a traditional automobile electric control system, charging current firstly passes through a pre-charging contactor and a pre-charging resistor, the charging current is reduced, due to the fact that an electrical load on an automobile has certain capacitance, the charging circuit is connected after the capacitive load in the circuit is fully charged, and the charging current is reduced. At the moment, the charging current does not pass through the pre-charging resistor any more, so that the automobile electric control system is not impacted by large current, and the use safety of the whole automobile electric control system is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种新能源汽车电控系统,涉及新能源技术领域,包括控制模块、电池管理模块以及驱动电机控制模块;其中,控制模块包含均与整车控制器实现电路连通的电源电路单元、CAN通信单元、开关量单元以及A/D采集单元,且控制模块用于采集综合信号,根据驾驶员意图综合分析做出相应判定,监控汽车内各部件控制器的动作;其技术要点为:在传统的汽车电控系统加设预充电单元,让充电电流先经过预充接触器和预充电阻,使充电电流减小,由于汽车上的用电负荷本身有一定的电容,待电路中的电容性负载充满后再接通充电电路,这时充电电流不再经过预充电阻,故该汽车电控系统不会受到大电流的冲击,从而保证整个汽车电控系统的使用安全性。
