The invention relates to the field of automobile air conditioners, and discloses an automobile temperature control method, device and equipment and a storage medium, the method is used for regulating and controlling the power of a PTC heater according to a temperature difference value T, the temperature of an air outlet can be prevented from being too high, and energy consumption is reduced. The method comprises the steps that when a heating instruction is received, a set temperature is obtained, and a PTC heater is started; regulating and controlling the power of the PTC heater to the maximum power, and keeping the maximum power for a first preset time; and after the first preset time, the temperature difference value T between the set temperature and the real-time indoor temperature of the automobile is calculated, and the power of the PTC heater is regulated and controlled according to the temperature difference value T.
