The invention provides an electric drive axle integrated gear shaft assembly which comprises a first gear, a second gear, a third gear, a fourth gear and a gear shaft, and the first gear and the second gear are pressed to the two ends of the gear shaft from the two sides in an interference connection mode. At least one of the third gear and the fourth gear and the gear shaft are integrally formed. The defects that in the prior art, when a plurality of gears need to be arranged on one transmission shaft, an existing arrangement mode is poor in connection reliability and complex in machining and assembling can be overcome.

    本发明提供一种电驱动桥一体化齿轮轴总成,包括第一齿轮、第二齿轮、第三齿轮、第四齿轮及齿轮轴,所述第一齿轮和所述第二齿轮通过过盈连接的方式从两侧压装到所述齿轮轴的两端,所述第三齿轮和所述第四齿轮至少一个与所述齿轮轴一体化成型。能够克服现有技术中一个传动轴上需要布置多个齿轮时,现有布置方式连接可靠性较差,加工和装配复杂的缺陷。
