The invention discloses a method for controlling the height of a coupler of a railway vehicle, which comprises the following steps of: 1) when an underframe is assembled, fitting lower airfoils of an end beam and a middle beam, and enabling a gap between the lower airfoils of the end beam and the middle beam to be less than 1mm; (2) the upper surface of the coupler supporting seat is controlled to be horizontal, and the upper surface of the stop iron is made to be tightly attached to the lower surface of the bearing platform part of the striker; the vertical distance between the upper surface of the car coupler supporting seat and the lower surface of the upper center plate is controlled to be 95-99 mm, the traction beam is made to be horizontal or droop, and the droop distance of the traction beam is smaller than or equal to 4 mm; (3) the vertical distance between the upper surface of the coupler supporting seat and the lower surface of the center sill wearing plate is accurately measured and controlled; wherein during measurement, the lower surface of the center sill wearing plate is taken as a reference, and the vertical distance between the middle part of the upper surface of the coupler supporting seat and the lower surface of the center sill wearing plate is measured. The control method can improve the qualified rate of the height of the car coupler.
本发明公开了一种铁路车辆车钩高度的控制方法,包括以下步骤:1)底架装配时,将端梁与中梁的下翼面贴合,并使得端梁与中梁的下翼面之间的间隙在1mm以下;2)控制车钩支撑座的上表面水平,并使得止挡铁的上表面与冲击座的承台部的下表面紧贴;控制车钩支撑座的上表面与上心盘的下表面之间的垂直距离为95~99mm,并使得牵引梁处于水平或下垂,且牵引梁下垂距离小于等于4mm;3)准确测量并控制车钩支撑座的上表面与中梁磨耗板的下表面之间的垂直距离;其中,测量时,以中梁磨耗板的下表面为基准,对车钩支撑座的上表面的中部与中梁磨耗板下表面之间的垂直距离进行测量。本发明的控制方法可以提高车钩高度的合格率。
