According to the in-vehicle atmosphere lamp adjusting method based on stepless color changing, the in-vehicle atmosphere lamp is controlled to conduct self-adaptive linear adjustment according to the in-vehicle environment illumination data, so that adaptive adjustment and automatic illumination state switching of the in-vehicle atmosphere lamp are achieved, and therefore in the process that a vehicle owner drives the vehicle, the brightness of the in-vehicle atmosphere lamp is improved. The method is used for smoothly changing and adjusting the illumination atmosphere in the vehicle, a vehicle owner can be assisted to adjust the driving environment atmosphere without manual adjustment, and immersive driving experience is brought to the vehicle owner.
