The invention relates to the technical field of rubber track shoes, in particular to a rubber composition, a rubber material comprising or prepared from the rubber composition, a track shoe and an engineering vehicle. The rubber composition comprises a rubber base material, a reinforcing agent, short fibers and an auxiliary agent, and based on 100 parts by weight of the rubber base material, the rubber composition comprises 30-90 parts by weight of the reinforcing agent, 5-15 parts by weight of the short fibers and 5-30 parts by weight of the auxiliary agent. The rubber composition comprises the short fibers, so that the tearing strength of the rubber material can be improved; the rubber material comprising the rubber composition or prepared from the rubber composition has higher tear resistance and wear resistance; the creeper tread made of the rubber material has higher tear resistance and wear resistance and long service life; the engineering vehicle comprising the track shoe has better walking performance.
