The invention relates to an underwater automatic collecting and releasing device for an acoustic array, and relates to the field of 300-meter underwater acoustic arrays. The automatic winding and unwinding device comprises a winch mechanism, a front guide mechanism, an arc-shaped steering mechanism, a tensioning mechanism and a tractor mechanism; the winch mechanism comprises a force bearing frame, a winding drum, winding drum leather, a two-way lead screw, a chain transmission mechanism and a nut connector. The winding drum can rotate on the force bearing frame. The winding drum skin is installed on the outer side of the circumference of the winding drum, and the acoustic arrays are sequentially wound on the lebus double-fold-line type grooves of the winding drum skin. The two-way screw rod is mounted on the bearing frame and connected with the central end part of the winding drum through the chain transmission mechanism, and the winding drum drives the two-way screw rod to rotate; the upper end of the nut connector is sleeved on the bidirectional screw rod, and the lower end is connected with the front guide mechanism; the bottom end of the acoustic array sequentially penetrates through the front guide mechanism, the arc-shaped steering mechanism and the tensioning mechanism to be connected with the tractor mechanism. According to the invention, orderly and automatic retraction and release of the acoustic array can be realized underwater, and the acoustic array can be suspended in seawater in a horizontal approximately linear state.
