The invention provides a 5000t-level combinable lifting appliance system and a using method. The system comprises a plurality of lifting appliance devices, and each lifting appliance device at least comprises a steering connector, a pulling plate, a lifting ring and a pin shaft; and the two ends of the pulling plate are respectively connected with the lifting ring and the steering joint through pin shafts. The whole lifting ring is in a calabash shape, and a calabash-shaped through hole is formed in the lifting ring. According to the lifting device, the gourd-shaped through hole with the large upper end opening and the small lower end opening is formed in the lifting ring, it is guaranteed that a lifting lug on a structure needing to be lifted enters from the through hole with the large upper end opening, the lifting lug is clamped in the through hole with the small lower end opening after entering, and it is guaranteed that the lifting lug cannot fall off from the lifting ring during lifting. In the invention, the stainless steel plate is welded on the arc surface at the bottom of the inner side of the lifting ring so as to reduce the friction force between the lifting ring and a lifting lug (tubular shaft type lifting lug) of lifted equipment in the lifting process. The device is simple in structure, convenient to use and large in bearing weight.

    本发明提供一种用于5000t级可组合式的吊具系统及使用方法,该系统包括多组吊具装置,每组吊具装置至少包括转向接头、拉板、吊环和销轴;所述的拉板两端均通过销轴分别与吊环和转向接头连接。所述的吊环整体呈葫芦形状,所述的吊环上开有葫芦状的通孔。本发明中,吊环内开有上端开口大,下端开有口小的呈葫芦状通孔,保证需要吊装的结构上的吊耳从上端开口大的通空处进入,进入后卡在下端开有口小的通孔内,保证起吊时,不会从吊环内脱落。本发明中,吊环内侧底部圆弧面处焊接不锈钢板,以减小吊装过程中吊环与被吊设备的吊耳(管轴式吊耳)间的摩擦力。本发明结构简单、使用方便且承载重量大。
