The invention relates to a cruise identification platform based on an unmanned aerial vehicle, and the platform comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle mechanism which is used for moving to the position above the central position of each river surface needing to be forbidden to fish under the guidance of navigation data; the rod body identification mechanism is used for inquiring an image block of which the edge shape is matched with the standard geometric shape of a fishing rod body in the last-stage processing image to serve as a rod body detection block; and the violation identification mechanism is used for sending out a fishing detection signal when the number of the rod body detection blocks occupying that the number of the pixel points exceeds the limit in the last-stage processing image is greater than or equal to 1. The cruise recognition platform based on the unmanned aerial vehicle is easy and convenient to operate and reliable in supervision. According to the method, the unmanned flying mechanism can be adopted to quickly check the fishing behaviors one by one on the fishing-prohibited river surfaces, and more importantly, the fishing behaviors are effectively identified based on the shapes of various fishing rods, so that the supervision efficiency of the fishing-prohibited river surfaces is improved.

    本发明涉及一种基于无人飞行器件的巡航识别平台,包括:无人飞行机构,用于在导航数据的引导下前往每一片需要执行禁止钓鱼的河面的中央位置的上方;杆体鉴别机构,用于在末级处理图像中查询边缘形状与某一种钓鱼杆体的标准几何外形匹配的图像分块以作为杆体检测分块;违章辨识机构,用于在末级处理图像中占据像素点数量超限的杆体检测分块的数量大于等于1时,发出钓鱼检测信号。本发明的基于无人飞行器件的巡航识别平台操作简便、监管可靠。由于能够采用无人飞行机构实行对各个禁止钓鱼河面执行逐一快速的钓鱼行为的排查,更重要的是,基于各种鱼竿的外形完成对钓鱼行为的有效辨识,从而提升对禁止钓鱼河面的监管效率。
