The electromagnetic docking device comprises a rear plate and a docking ring, a screw rod is inserted into the side, close to the docking ring, of the rear plate in a threaded mode, one end of the screw rod is fixedly connected with the docking ring, the screw rod is sleeved with an iron disc in a sliding mode, a rear cover is arranged between the iron disc and the rear plate, and the rear cover is fixedly connected with the docking ring. The rear cover is provided with a threaded opening corresponding to the screw rod, and the side, away from the rear plate, of the butt joint ring is fixedly connected with an electromagnet. The screw is sleeved with a spring, the two ends of the spring abut against the iron disc and the butt joint ring respectively, a disc spring is inserted into the rear cover, and the two ends of the disc spring are fixedly connected with the rear cover and the iron disc respectively. The docking device has the advantages of being simple in structure, free of plume pollution, weak in impact and the like, the problems of long flow, slow response and the like of spatial scientific research and combat tasks are solved, the function of on-orbit repeated rapid docking and separation can be achieved, and the requirements of complex, flexible and changeable tasks with timeliness are met.

    本发明公开了一种用于微纳卫星在轨组合的电磁对接装置,包括后板和对接环,所述后板靠近对接环的一侧螺纹插设有螺杆,所述螺杆的一端与对接环固定连接,所述螺杆上滑动套接有铁盘,所述铁盘与后板之间设有后盖,所述后盖上设有与螺杆对应的螺纹口,所述对接环远离后板的一侧固定连接有电磁铁;所述螺杆上套设有弹簧,所述弹簧的两端分别与铁盘和对接环相抵,所述后盖内插设有碟簧,所述碟簧的两端分别与后盖和铁盘固定连接。本发明中对接装置结构简单、无羽流污染、弱撞击等优点,解决空间科研及作战任务流程长响应慢等问题,可以实现在轨多次重复快速对接分离的功能,满足具有时效性的复杂灵活多变任务需求。
