The invention provides a flapping-rotor multi-flight-mode switching mechanism based on shape memory alloy, the flapping-rotor multi-flight-mode switching mechanism comprises a power assembly and a flight assembly which are arranged on an integral rack, the power assembly provides power for the flight assembly to enable the flight assembly to overcome resistance to move, and the power assembly comprises a motor, a reduction gear connected with the motor and a slider-crank mechanism; a motor drives a motor output shaft to rotate, motor output torque is amplified through a reduction gear and transmitted to a crank sliding block mechanism, then the torque is transmitted to a wing frame through a center rod device, and through a motion transmission mechanism formed by the wing frame and a wing driving box, reciprocating linear motion of a center rod is converted into flapping motion of a flapping wing-flapping rotor wing; the torsional spring, the torsional spring limiting assembly and the remote control unlocking assembly are arranged in the wing driving box, the torsional spring rebounds to drive the wing to twist through unlocking of the remote control device, mode conversion between the flapping wing and the flapping rotor wing is achieved, and the aircraft has the high-maneuverability vertical take-off and landing performance of the flapping rotor wing and the efficient cruise flight performance similar to the flapping wing.

    本发明提供一种基于形状记忆合金的扑旋翼多飞行模态切换机构,包括设置于整体机架上的动力组件和飞行组件,所述动力组件向飞行组件提供动力使其克服阻力运动,所述动力组件包括电机、与电机相连的减速齿轮、曲柄滑块机构;电机带动电机输出轴转,通过减速齿轮将电机输出力矩放大并传递到曲柄滑块机构上,再由中心杆装置传递到机翼架上,通过机翼架、机翼驱动箱形成的运动传递机构,将中心杆的往复直线运动转化成扑翼‑扑旋翼的拍动运动;将扭簧、扭簧限位组件、遥控解锁组件设置于机翼驱动箱内,通过遥控装置解锁使扭簧回弹带动机翼扭转,实现扑翼‑扑旋翼之间的模态转换,使飞行器兼具扑旋翼的高机动性垂直起降和类似扑翼的高效巡航飞行性能。
