The silencer reduces noise during ventilation, the inner wall of the cooling pipe is sequentially provided with a non-heavy-hammer check valve and an air valve, the air valve is used for opening or closing whether mechanical ventilation passes through the cooling pipe or not, and meanwhile under the action of the non-heavy-hammer check valve, the situation that the air conditioning unit is damaged due to the fact that the mechanical ventilation impacts the air conditioning unit during mechanical ventilation can be avoided; a plurality of cooling holes are formed in the lower surface of the cooling pipe, and the cooling pipe is located in the engine room maintenance room, so that the engine room maintenance room can be cooled conveniently.
