The invention discloses a vehicle emergency braking abnormity monitoring and closed-loop control method and system. The vehicle emergency braking abnormity monitoring and closed-loop control method comprises the steps of emergency braking state information collection, wherein a TCMS obtains emergency braking state information in a communication and hard wire collection mode; an emergency braking monitoring step: according to the emergency braking state information, obtaining a first monitoring result by monitoring whether an emergency braking triggering condition exists or not and whether an emergency braking loop is applied or not; a vehicle emergency braking control step: according to the monitoring result, the TCMS notifies a vehicle-mounted signal system, a driver and a conductor to perform emergency braking abnormity relieving or emergency braking abnormity applying on the vehicle; and the vehicle-mounted signal system and the driver and the conductor carry out emergency braking abnormity relieving or emergency braking abnormity applying on the vehicle according to the TCMS notification content, the TCMS controls the vehicle emergency braking applying process according to the emergency abnormity relieving result or the emergency braking abnormity applying result, and closed-loop control is formed.
