The invention relates to a zero-gravity linkage adjusting mechanism for a backrest and a cushion of an automobile seat. The zero-gravity linkage adjusting mechanism comprises a linkage piece, a rotating support, a cushion spring, a connecting piece and a tension spring. The upper end of the linkage piece is hinged to the backrest, and a limiting sliding groove is formed in the lower end of the linkage piece and used for being connected with the rotating support. The rear end of the rotating support is arranged in the limiting sliding groove of the linkage piece, the front end of the rotating support is arranged in the connecting sliding groove of the connecting piece, and the middle of the rotating support is clamped on the seat frame rear cross beam and rotates around the seat frame rear cross beam; the front end of the cushion spring is hinged with the seat frame, and the rear end of the cushion spring is fixedly connected with the connecting piece; the connecting piece is provided with a connecting sliding groove connected with the rotating support and a lap joint part in lap joint with the rotating support. The rear end of the tension spring is fixed on the sliding rail, and the front end of the tension spring is fixed on the cushion spring in an inclined upward mode. The adjusting mechanism is good in stability performance, the independent adjusting angle of the backrest can be freely adjusted according to requirements, and the independent adjusting angle of the backrest can be changed only by changing one part.

    本发明涉及一种零重力汽车座椅靠背与坐垫联动调节机构,包括联动片、旋转支架、坐垫弹簧、连接件、拉簧;其中,所述联动片上端铰接在靠背上,下端设置一个限位滑槽,用于与旋转支架连接;所述旋转支架的后端设置在联动片的限位滑槽内,前端设置在连接件的连接滑槽内,中间卡在坐框后横梁上,绕坐框后横梁旋转;所述坐垫弹簧的前端与坐框铰接,后端与连接件固连;所述连接件上设有与旋转支架连接的连接滑槽和与旋转支架搭接的搭接部;所述拉簧的后端固定在滑轨上,前端斜向上固定在坐垫弹簧上。该调节机构稳定性能好,且靠背单独调节角度可根据需求任意调整,更改靠背单独调整角度仅涉及一个零件的更改。
