The hydrogen fuel cell system comprises a control system, the control system comprises a vehicle control unit (VCU) and a hydrogen fuel cell system controller (FCU), and the control method comprises the following steps that the VCU obtains a power-on instruction; a detection instruction is obtained, the VCU judges the power supply voltage, and first self-detection result information is obtained through self-detection; if self-checking succeeds, controlling the hydrogen fuel cell system to enter a standby state; if self-checking fails, controlling the hydrogen fuel cell system to enter a dormant state; in the standby state, when the FCU receives a starting instruction of the VCU, the hydrogen fuel cell system is controlled to be started; after starting, the VCU acquires a control signal from the signal acquisition unit to perform constant-current output control on the hydrogen fuel stack; according to the system and the method, the safety and the efficiency of power-on starting of the system are improved, and normal starting is guaranteed through multiple steps.

    本发明提供了一种氢燃料电池系统上电及启动的控制方法:所述氢燃料电池系统包括控制系统,所述控制系统包括整车控制器VCU、氢燃料电池系统控制器FCU,所述控制方法包括以下步骤VCU获取上电指令;获取检测指令,VCU判定动力电源电压,并自检得到第一自检结果信息;自检成功,控制氢燃料电池系统进入待机状态;自检失败,控制氢燃料电池系统进入休眠状态;待机状态下,FCU接收到VCU的开机指令时,控制氢燃料电池系统进行启动;启动后VCU从信号采集单元获取控制信号对氢燃料电堆进行恒流输出控制;并从温度采集单元获取温度信号,对氢燃料电堆进行温度实时监控,本发明提高系统上电启动的安全性和效率,多步骤保证正常启动。
