The invention provides a battery pack and an electric automobile, a plurality of rows of locking pieces are arranged on the side face of the battery pack in the vertical direction, the vertical projections of the locking pieces in each row are staggered, and/or the horizontal extension lengths of the locking pieces in each row relative to the same side face of the battery pack are different. The locking piece is used for being matched with a locking mechanism on the electric automobile so as to lock the battery pack on the electric automobile. And the multiple rows of locking pieces are matched with a locking mechanism on the electric automobile, so that the locking area is increased, and the locking stability of the battery pack is improved. Due to the fact that the locking pieces in each row are staggered on the vertical projection, the locking mechanisms can penetrate through the staggered intervals between the locking pieces to be matched with the corresponding locking pieces, interference between the locking mechanisms and the locking pieces is avoided, and unification of the specifications of the locking pieces is facilitated. The horizontal extension lengths of all rows of locking pieces relative to the same side face of the battery pack are different, interference between the locking mechanism and the locking pieces is avoided, and more locking pieces can be arranged on the side face of the battery pack.

    本发明提供一种电池包和电动汽车,电池包的侧面沿竖直方向设有多行锁止件,每行锁止件的竖向投影相互错开,和/或,每行锁止件相对于电池包同一侧面的水平延伸长度不同,锁止件用于与电动汽车上的锁止机构配合以将电池包锁止于电动汽车上。多行锁止件与电动汽车上的锁止机构配合,增加了锁止面积,提高了电池包锁止的稳定性。由于每行的锁止件在竖向投影上相互错开,锁止机构可以穿过锁止件之间错开的间距与对应的锁止件进行配合,从而避免锁止机构与锁止件产生干涉,并且便于实现锁止件规格的统一。每行锁止件相对于电池包同一侧面的水平延伸长度不同,避免锁止机构与锁止件产生干涉,并且在电池包的侧面上可以设置更多的锁止件。
