The invention discloses a vehicle thermal management system with a waste heat utilization function, which comprises an air conditioner loop and a battery motor loop, the air conditioner loop comprises a compressor which is provided with a refrigerant inlet and a refrigerant outlet, and the vehicle thermal management system further comprises a four-way reversing valve, the four-way reversing valve is provided with a first four-way reversing valve connector, a second four-way reversing valve connector, a third four-way reversing valve connector and a fourth four-way reversing valve connector. A refrigerant outlet of the compressor is connected with a first four-way reversing valve connector, and a second four-way reversing valve connector is sequentially connected with a first heat exchanger refrigerant inlet and outlet, a first throttling device, a first valve, a second heat exchanger refrigerant inlet and outlet, a second throttling device, a second valve, a third heat exchanger refrigerant inlet and outlet and a third four-way reversing valve connector through pipelines. According to the invention, the air conditioning system is utilized to perform combined/independent treatment on refrigeration or heating of the battery pack and the crew cabin, so that energy collaborative management among the subsystems is promoted, the number of parts is reduced, and the cost of the whole system is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种带余热利用功能的整车热管理系统,包括空调回路和电池电机回路,空调回路包括压缩机,其具有制冷剂进口和制冷剂出口,还包括四通换向阀,其分别设有四通换向阀接口一、四通换向阀接口二、四通换向阀接口三、四通换向阀接口四;压缩机的制冷剂出口连接四通换向阀接口一,四通换向阀接口二依次与第一换热器制冷剂进出口、第一节流装置、第一阀门、第二换热器制冷剂进出口、第二节流装置、第二阀门、第三换热器制冷剂进出口以及四通换向阀接口三通过管路连接。本发明通过利用空调系统对电池包、乘务舱制冷或制热的联合/独立处理,促进了各子系统之间的能量协同管理,减少了零部件的数量,降低了整套系统的成本。
