The invention discloses a novel electric control shock absorber system, which belongs to the technical field of automobile shock absorption and is provided with a brake module ESP, a steering module EPS, a whole automobile control module VDC, an intelligent cabin module IVI, a safety airbag module ACU, a shock absorber module CDC and a controller area network CAN, and all the modules are in communication connection through the CAN. The system further comprises two front vehicle body acceleration sensors, at least one rear vehicle body acceleration sensor, two wheel acceleration sensors, a shock absorber controller and front and rear electromagnetic shock absorber assemblies. The shock absorber controller is used for receiving a shock absorber mode signal, the electric control shock absorber system controls the shock absorber electromagnetic valve through the shock absorber controller to carry out current control, and the size of the flow area of the electromagnetic valve is changed through current, so that different damping forces are output to adapt to emergency braking, acceleration, turning, high-speed and cross-country working conditions.

    本发明公开了一种新型电控减振器系统,属于汽车减振技术领域,本发明设置有制动模块ESP、转向模块EPS、整车控制模块VDC、智能座舱模块IVI、安全气囊模块ACU、减振器模块CDC、以及控制器局域网络CAN,各模块之间通过CAN通讯连接;还包括两个前车身加速度传感器、至少一个后车身加速度传感器、两个车轮加速度传感器、减振器控制器、前后电磁减振器总成;减振器控制器用于接收减振器模式信号,其中,该电控减振器系统通过减振器控制器控制减振器电磁阀进行电流控制,通过电流改变电磁阀流通面积的大小,从而输出不同的阻尼力,以适应紧急制动、加速、转弯、高速、越野工况。
