The invention belongs to the field of overall design of aviation aircrafts, and discloses a freight unmanned aerial vehicle and cargo compartment door opening and locking device which comprises a handle, a driving rod, a driven rod and a compartment door reinforcing enclosure frame. The driving rod comprises a handle shaft, a connecting piece and a driving rod connecting rod; the driven rod comprises a single-lug connector, a double-lug connector, a driven rod connecting rod and a bolt; a limiting hole is formed in the cabin door reinforcing enclosure frame; the connecting piece is composed of a cross joint of which the two ends are connected with universal joints; the handle is connected with the handle shaft through a bolt, the handle shaft is connected with the driving rod connecting rod through a connecting piece, the rocker arm is arranged at the joint of the driving rod and the driven rod, connected with the driving rod connecting rod through a connecting piece and connected with the driven rod connecting rod through a single-lug connector, and the driven rod connecting rod is connected with the bolt through a double-lug connector. The cabin door locking device has the advantages of being simple in structure and high in reliability, the locking process and the unlocking process are easy, convenient and labor-saving to operate, and the cabin door locking device has good application prospects.
