The invention relates to the technical field of safety accessories of tower cranes, and discloses a tower crane lifting hook rope breakage anti-falling device and a using method thereof.The tower crane lifting hook rope breakage anti-falling device comprises a tower crane lifting arm, a variable-amplitude trolley is arranged at the bottom of the tower crane lifting arm, a lifting hook assembly is arranged at the bottom of the variable-amplitude trolley, and a top ring is arranged at the top of the lifting hook assembly; an anti-falling buffering mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the variable-amplitude trolley and comprises a fixing plate, the top of the fixing plate is fixedly connected with the bottom of the variable-amplitude trolley, an anti-falling left box plate is fixedly installed on the left side of the bottom of the fixing plate, and the anti-falling left box plate is in an L shape. A first compression spring and a second compression spring on the first buffering mechanism can provide elastic buffering for the first sliding sleeve and the second sliding sleeve to move towards the two sides, and meanwhile, a tension spring can provide tension buffering for the first sliding sleeve and the second sliding sleeve to move towards the two sides, so that the buffering capacity of the whole device is greatly improved; and serious safety accidents caused by rope breakage of the tower crane lifting hook are avoided.

    本发明涉及塔式起重机安全配件技术领域,且公开了一种塔吊吊钩断绳防坠落装置及其使用方法,包括塔吊吊臂,塔吊吊臂的底部设置有变幅小车,变幅小车的底部设置有吊钩组件,吊钩组件的顶部设置有顶环,变幅小车的底部设置有防坠落缓冲机构,防坠落缓冲机构包括有固定板,且固定板的顶部与变幅小车的底部固定连接,固定板的底部左侧固定安装有防坠落左箱板,防坠落左箱板呈L形,通过设置了第一缓冲机构,第一缓冲机构上的第一压缩弹簧和第二压缩弹簧能够为第一滑套和第二滑套朝两侧移动提供弹力缓冲,同时拉力弹簧能够为第一滑套和第二滑套朝两侧移动提供拉力缓冲,大幅度提高了整个装置的缓冲能力,避免了塔吊吊钩断绳发生严重的安全事故。
