The method comprises the steps of suspension and contact locking between a satellite dynamic platform and a satellite static platform, multi-mode electric energy transmission between the satellite dynamic platform and the satellite static platform, multi-mode electric energy switching between the satellite dynamic platform and the satellite static platform, and internal power conversion of the satellite dynamic platform and the satellite static platform. According to the invention, interference influence of movable parts such as a solar wing and a flywheel on the movable platform on observation and imaging precision and stability during an on-orbit observation task can be eliminated, and safe and reliable power supply of the static platform during a non-observation period can be ensured; three electric energy transmission modes of fixed connection of a wired cable, a suspended cable-free mode and a telescopic cable can be selected according to a current mode, and the movable platform and the static platform can be independently connected through energy storage equipment such as a storage battery pack under the condition that an electric energy transmission channel between the movable platform and the static platform is disconnected; the risk that the static platform is instantly powered off in the electric quantity transmission mode switching process between the dynamic platform and the static platform is avoided, meanwhile, the load power of the dynamic platform is reduced, and the energy safety of the dynamic platform is ensured.
本发明提供了一种双超卫星及其动静平台电能传输方法,包括:卫星动静平台间悬浮与接触锁紧、卫星动静平台间电能多方式传输、卫星动静平台间电能多方式切换、卫星动静平台分别转内电。本发明既能够消除在轨观测任务期间动平台上的太阳翼以及飞轮等活动部件对观测及成像精度和稳定度的干扰影响,又能够确保非观测期间静平台供电安全可靠,且能够根据当前模式选择有线电缆、悬浮无缆和伸缩电缆固定连接三种电能传输方式,并且还能够在动静平台间电能传输通道断开情况下,动平台和静平台分别依靠自身蓄电池组等储能设备,在避免动静平台间电量传输方式切换过程中静平台瞬间断电的风险的同时降低了动平台负载功率,确保了动平台的能源安全。
