The invention provides an ultra-low-altitude parachute-free air-drop device which comprises a platform, supporting arms and foot pads, the platform is connected with the supporting arms through hinges, and supporting arm driving mechanisms and supporting arm unfolding and locking mechanisms are arranged at the hinge matching positions of the platform and the supporting arms; each supporting arm is composed of three energy absorption modules, the energy absorption modules are connected through hinge joints and stacked in parallel, and joint driving mechanisms and joint unfolding locking mechanisms are arranged at the joints. The supporting arm is connected with a movable rod piece of the hinge and can move in the rotating direction of the hinge after the electromagnetic lock is unlocked. The ultra-low-altitude parachute-free air-drop device is light in overall structure, and the used carbon fiber material is small in density, high in strength and convenient to carry; the used aluminum honeycomb energy absorption material is small in density and large in specific energy absorption, compared with most of existing energy absorption materials, the buffering performance is better, the impact of air-drop of heavy equipment can be effectively absorbed, and the requirement for non-umbrella air-drop of the heavy equipment and the like with the high requirement for structural integrity is met.

    本发明提供了一种超低空无伞空投装置,包括平台、支臂和足垫,平台与支臂均通过铰链连接,平台与支臂铰链配合处均设有支臂驱动机构、支臂展开锁定机构;支臂均由三个吸能模块组成,吸能模块通过铰链关节相连,互相平行叠加,连接处设有关节驱动机构、关节展开锁定机构;支臂与铰链的活动杆件相连,可以在电磁锁解锁后沿铰链转动方向运动。本发明超低空无伞空投装置整体结构轻便,所用碳纤维材料密度小、强度高,搬运方便;所使用的铝蜂窝吸能材料密度小、比吸能大,与现有的大部分吸能材料相比缓冲性能更好,能够有效吸收重型设备空投的冲击,满足重型设备等对结构完整性要求较高的无伞空投需求。
