The invention discloses a thermal runaway protection structure of a power battery box for an electric ship, which comprises a lower box body and an upper cover, a battery cell module is arranged in the lower box body, and the thermal runaway protection structure is characterized in that the upper part of the battery cell module is covered with a layer of mica fireproof top plate, and the edges of the two sides of the mica fireproof top plate are bent downwards to form mica fireproof side plates; the mica fireproof side plates are attached to the two sides of the battery cell module, the upper portions of the mica fireproof side plates are covered with fireproof covers, the fireproof covers cover the battery cell module, and the front portion of the lower box body is provided with an anti-explosion valve and a breather valve. In the thermal runaway protection design of the marine lithium ion battery box, thermal insulation and fire prevention are additionally arranged inside, pressure relief and explosion prevention and pressure sampling are additionally arranged outside, and continuous occurrence and spreading of battery cell thermal runaway are blocked or delayed in cooperation with a whole ship early warning signal, so that the system-level thermal runaway protection capability and technical reliability are effectively improved.

    本发明公开了一种电动船用动力电池箱热失控防护结构,包括下箱体和上盖,所述下箱体内设有电芯模组,其特征在于:所述电芯模组的上部覆有一层云母防火顶板,云母防火顶板两侧边缘向下折弯形成云母防火侧板,云母防火侧板贴覆在电芯模组的两侧,云母防火侧板的上部罩设有防火罩,防火罩罩设在电芯模组外部,下箱体的前部设有防爆阀、呼吸阀。在船用锂离子电池箱热失控防护设计中,通过内部增设隔热防火、外部增加泄压防爆及压力采样,并配合整船预警信号,阻断或延缓电芯热失控的持续发生和蔓延,有效提高系统级热失控防护能力和技术可靠性。
