The invention provides a large composite material air duct rotor on-line monitoring device, which comprises a wind energy collector, a wind rotation system and a monitoring device, the wind energy collector, the wind rotation system and the monitoring device are all arranged at the top of a ship, the wind energy collector is connected with the monitoring device, the monitoring device is connected with the wind rotation system, and the monitoring device comprises an optical strain measurement system. The wind energy collector transmits wind energy information detected in real time to the monitoring device, the optical strain measurement system monitors the displacement change of the wind rotation system in real time, and then visualization of the real-time 3D spatial form change of the air duct rotor is achieved. According to the on-line monitoring device for the large composite material air duct rotor, the precision of measured real-time displacement data of the air duct rotor can be improved, the reliability and the high efficiency of measurement of the air duct rotor are improved, data support is provided for a system to accurately control the air duct rotor, and the operation safety of the air duct rotor is effectively guaranteed.

    本发明提供一种大型复合材料风筒转子在线监测装置,包括风能采集器、风转系统和监测装置,风能采集器、风转系统和监测装置均设置在船舶顶部,风能采集器与监测装置连接,监测装置与风转系统连接,监测装置包括光学应变测量系统,通过风能采集器将实时检测的风能信息传递给监测装置,光学应变测量系统实时监测风转系统的位移变化,进而实现风筒转子实时3D空间形态变化的直观化;通过本发明所述一种大型复合材料风筒转子在线监测装置,能够提高所测量的风筒转子实时位移数据的精度,提高对风筒转子测量的可靠性和高效性,为系统对风筒转子精准控制提供数据支撑,有效保证风筒转子运行安全。
