The invention belongs to the technical field of offshore wind power foundations, and discloses an offshore wind power composite barrel type foundation transportation and installation protection device and a construction method thereof.The offshore wind power composite barrel type foundation transportation and installation protection device comprises an umbrella-shaped supporting mechanism connected with a ship plate and an air bag arranged outside the umbrella-shaped supporting mechanism in a sleeving mode, and the umbrella-shaped supporting mechanism and the air bag are arranged in all sub cabins in a complete set mode; the umbrella-shaped supporting mechanism comprises a stand column with the bottom end fixed to the ship plate, and a bottom support is arranged between the lower portion of the stand column and the ship plate. A movable and telescopic middle support is arranged in the middle of the stand column, and a movable and foldable top support is arranged on the top of the stand column. The air bags are fixed in all sub-cabins of the assembled composite barrel type foundation in advance, after all the sub-cabins and all the umbrella-shaped supporting mechanisms are correspondingly located, the air bags are inflated till the composite barrel type foundation is just jacked up from a ship plate, all the sub-cabins can be protected in the transportation process, and shaking and bending deformation of sub-cabin plates are avoided; and jacking force can be provided by inflating the air bag after transportation, so that the mounting efficiency is improved.

    本发明属于海上风电基础技术领域,公开了一种海上风电复合筒型基础运输安装保护装置及其施工方法,包括与船板相连接的伞形支撑机构和套在伞形支撑机构外部的气囊,伞形支撑机构和气囊成套设置在各个分舱室内部;伞形支撑机构包括底端固定于船板的立柱,立柱下部与船板之间设置底部支撑;立柱中部设置可移动和可伸缩的中部支架,立柱顶部设置可移动和可折叠的顶部支架;气囊预先固定在组装好的复合筒型基础各个分舱室内,各个分舱室与各个伞形支撑机构对应落位后,向气囊充气至刚好将复合筒型基础从船板上顶起,能够在运输过程中对各个分舱室形成保护,避免分舱板产生晃动以及产生弯曲变形;并且运输后向气囊充气可以提供顶升力,提升安装效率。
