The invention provides a TiAl-based alloy and a preparation method and application thereof. The TiAl-based alloy comprises the following components in percentage by weight: not less than 90% of TiAl and not more than 10% of B4C. According to the preparation method, a multi-element blending quasi-continuous net-shaped reinforced structure with borides and carbides is innovatively introduced and designed into a TiAl-based alloy, that is, the quasi-continuous net-shaped reinforced structure is constructed on a TiAl matrix unit interface layer through in-situ synthesis of the borides and the carbides, and by means of the synergistic effect of the borides and the carbides, the strength of the TiAl matrix unit interface layer is improved; and strengthening and toughening of a matrix unit interface layer are achieved while the quasi-continuous net-shaped reinforced structure is stabilized, and the high-performance TiAl-based alloy with the capsule structure characteristic tissue is obtained through optimization regulation and control over the multi-element blending quasi-continuous net-shaped reinforced structure.

    本发明提供一种TiAl基合金及其制备方法和应用。该TiAl基合金按照重量百分比计,该合金中TiAl的含量不低于90%,B4C的含量不高于10%。本发明在TiAl基合金中创新性地引入并设计了一种兼具硼化物和碳化物的多元共混准连续网状增强结构,即通过硼化物和碳化物的原位自生,在TiAl基体单元界面层构建准连续网状增强结构,利用硼化物的碳化物的协同作用,稳定准连续网状增强结构的同时实现基体单元界面层的强韧化,并通过对多元共混准连续网状增强结构的优化调控,获得具有胶囊结构特征组织的高性能TiAl基合金。
