The invention belongs to the technical field of tire rubber, and provides a high-temperature-resistant tire tread rubber composition and a preparation method thereof.The high-temperature-resistant tire tread rubber composition is prepared from, by mass, 50-70 parts of natural rubber, 15-25 parts of styrene-butadiene rubber, 15-25 parts of butadiene rubber, 1.5-3.0 parts of stearic acid, 2.0-4.0 parts of zinc oxide, 2-5 parts of an anti-aging agent, 15-30 parts of a functional additive, 1.5-3 parts of a coupling agent and 1.0-3 parts of a vulcanizing agent; 0.5 to 1.5 parts of a plasticizer, 1.0 to 2.5 parts of an accelerant and 0.1 to 0.3 part of a scorch retarder; the vulcanizing agent is prepared from sulfur and 1, 1-di-tert-butylperoxy-3, 3, 5-trimethylcyclohexane according to a mass ratio of 1 to (0.6 to 0.8); the functional additive is prepared from carbon black, strontium sulfate and titanium dioxide in a mass ratio of 1: 1: (0.4-1). Through the technical scheme, the problem of poor high-temperature-resistant effect of the tire in the prior art is solved.

    本发明属于轮胎橡胶技术领域,提出了一种耐高温的轮胎胎面橡胶组合物及其制备方法,按质量份数计,包括天然橡胶:50‑70份,苯乙烯‑丁二烯橡胶:15‑25份,顺丁橡胶:15‑25份,硬脂酸1.5‑3.0份,氧化锌2.0‑4.0份,防老剂:2‑5份,功能助剂:15‑30份,偶联剂:1.5‑3份,硫化剂:1.0‑3份,增塑剂:0.5‑1.5份,促进剂:1.0‑2.5份,防焦剂:0.1‑0.3份;所述硫化剂为质量比1:0.6‑0.8的硫磺和1,1‑二叔丁基过氧化‑3,3,5‑三甲基环己烷;所述功能助剂为质量比1:1:0.4‑1的炭黑、硫酸锶和二氧化钛。通过上述技术方案,解决了现有技术中轮胎耐高温效果差的问题。
