The constant-tension self-adaptive winding and unwinding control system comprises a signal interface module, a constant-tension control module, a motor driving module and a computer, the signal interface module is respectively connected with the tension sensor, the displacement sensor, the rotary encoder and the in-place falling sensor; the constant tension control module is used for receiving data transmitted by the signal interface module and transmitting the data to the computer, and the computer sends a command to the constant tension control module according to the data, so that winding and unwinding of a cable of the underwater winch, constant tension closed-loop control of a cable storage drum and closed-loop control of a cable arrangement device are realized; the motor driving module drives a motor to operate according to the command transmitted by the constant tension control module. Constant-tension and self-adaptive take-up and pay-off control of an underwater electric drive winch system can be achieved, the phenomena of ring loosening, knotting, rope climbing, embedding extrusion and the like in the take-up and pay-off process of a mooring rope of an underwater winch are avoided, and the service life of the mooring rope is prolonged.
本发明公开了一种水下绞车的恒张力自适应收放控制系统,其包括信号接口模块、恒张力控制模块、电机驱动模块、计算机;信号接口模块分别与张力传感器、位移传感器、旋转编码器、落位到位传感器连接;恒张力控制模块用于接收信号接口模块传来的数据,并将数据传递给计算机,计算机根据上述数据发送命令给恒张力控制模块,实现水下绞车的缆绳的收放、储缆卷筒的恒张力闭环控制,以及实现排缆装置的闭环控制;电机驱动模块根据恒张力控制模块传来的命令驱动电机运转。本发明能实现对水下电力驱动绞车系统的恒张力、自适应收放控制,避免水下绞车的缆绳在收放过程中出现松圈、打结、爬绳、内嵌挤压等现象,提高缆绳寿命。
