The invention provides an electronic weighing device of a four-rope grab bucket crane and the crane, and relates to the technical field of cranes, the device comprises a trolley frame, a first driving module and a second driving module which are fixedly connected to the trolley frame, and a lifting winding drum set connected with the first driving module through a first gear coupling; the lifting winding drum set comprises a first near-end bearing seat and a first far-end bearing seat which are located at the axial head end and the axial tail end of the lifting winding drum set respectively. The device further comprises an opening and closing winding drum set connected with the second driving module through a second gear coupling. The lifting winding drum group and the opening and closing winding drum group are axially arranged in parallel; the opening and closing winding drum set comprises a second near-end bearing seat and a second far-end bearing seat which are located at the axial head end and the axial tail end of the opening and closing winding drum set respectively. A sensor unit is connected between each bearing seat and the trolley frame, and the two bearing seats on the same side are rigidly connected together. The weight of the winding drum set, the steel wire rope, the grab bucket and materials can be 100% collected through the sensor units, and therefore the weight of the materials can be accurately measured.

    本发明提供了一种四绳抓斗起重机的电子秤重装置及起重机,涉及起重机的技术领域,装置包括:小车架、固定连接在小车架上的第一驱动模组和第二驱动模组、第一驱动模组通过第一齿式联轴器连接的升降卷筒组;升降卷筒组包括:分别位于其轴向首尾两端的第一近端轴承座和第一远端轴承座。装置还包括第二驱动模组通过第二齿式联轴器连接的开闭卷筒组;且升降卷筒组和开闭卷筒组轴向平行设置;开闭卷筒组包括:分别位于其轴向首尾两端的第二近端轴承座和第二远端轴承座;各轴承座与小车架之间均连接有传感器单元,同一侧的两个轴承座刚性连接在一起。通过各传感器单元可100%采集到卷筒组、钢丝绳、抓斗和物料的重量,从而实现精确计量物料重量。
