The invention provides a lifter device and a lifting method.The lifter device comprises a mother plate, a toggle plate and a web plate, the mother plate comprises a first part, a second part and a third part which are arranged in parallel, the first part and the third part are arranged in parallel, and an included angle alpha is formed between the first part and the second part; during integral hoisting, the hanger hole in the first part is adopted, the first part is removed after integral hoisting is finished, and then the hanger hole in the second part is adopted for floating hoisting. The lifter device provided by the invention not only can meet the requirement of integral lifting, but also can meet the requirement of floating lifting, and is beneficial to shortening the construction period; in addition, through the arrangement of the toggle plate and the web plate, the overall strength of the lifter device is improved, the lifting reinforcing requirement is reduced, and steel waste is reduced; and finally, the lifter device provided by the invention is used for lifting, so that the subsequent cutting and polishing workload is small, and the production efficiency is favorably improved.

    本发明提供一种用于上层建筑吊装的吊马装置及吊装方法,吊马装置包括母板、肘板和腹板,母板包括并列排布的第一部分、第二部分和第三部分,第一部分与第三部分平行设置,第一部分与第二部分形成夹角α;整吊时采用第一部分上的吊马孔,整吊结束后去除第一部分,接着采用第二部分上的吊马孔进行浮吊。本发明提供的吊马装置既能满足整吊需求,又能满足浮吊需求,有助于缩短施工周期;另外,通过设置肘板和腹板,提高了吊马装置的整体强度,减少了吊装加强需求,减少了钢材浪费;最后,采用本发明提供的吊马装置进行吊装,后续的切割打磨工作量较小,有助于提高生产效率。
