The lift car diversion sheave is installed on the top of the lift car, the counterweight diversion sheave is installed on the top of the counterweight, the lift car guide wheel is installed above the lift car, and the counterweight guide wheel is installed above the traction machine. A traction wheel, a counterweight diversion sheave, a counterweight guide wheel, a car diversion sheave and a car guide wheel of the traction machine are close to or located in the same plane along the center line of the car in the depth direction. The number of times that the traction rope is wound on the lift car diversion sheave, the lift car guide wheel, the counterweight guide wheel, the traction wheel of the traction machine and the counterweight diversion sheave is small, then the structural arrangement of the whole machine is simplified, and the service life of the traction rope can be prolonged.
