The invention discloses an aviation parallel hybrid power system which is composed of a heavy oil rotor engine, a permanent magnet motor/generator, a rectifier/controller, a battery pack and a planetary gear coupler. The engine, the electric motor/generator and the planetary gear coupler are designed in an integrated structure, share a cooling system and a lubricating system and are connected through a shaft in a penetrating mode, so that the system is small in overall size and compact in structure. A bearing is arranged at the tail end of the motor/generator to support the integrated shaft, the rigidity of the shaft is enhanced, and the whole structure is more stable. The engine and the motor/generator are subjected to torque coupling through the planetary gear coupler, an outer gear ring of the planetary gear is connected with the engine, the sun gear is connected with the motor/generator, the outer gear ring and the sun gear are in meshing transmission through the planetary gear, and power is output to the propeller through the planetary carrier. The aviation parallel type hybrid power system has the advantages of being high in power-to-weight ratio, high in energy utilization rate, highly compact in structure and the like.

    本发明公开了一种航空并联式混合动力系统,由重油转子发动机、永磁电动/发电机、整流/控制器、电池组、行星齿轮耦合器组成。发动机、电动/发电机、行星齿轮耦合器采用一体化结构设计,共用一套冷却系统和润滑系统,三者通过一根轴贯穿连接,使得系统整体体积小、结构紧凑。电动/发电机末端装有轴承以支撑一体化轴,增强了轴的刚度,使整体结构更加稳定。发动机与电动/发电机通过行星齿轮耦合器进行转矩耦合,行星齿轮外齿圈与发动机连接,太阳轮与电动/发电机连接,外齿圈与太阳轮之间通过行星轮啮合传动,通过行星架将功率输出至螺旋桨。一种航空并联式混合动力系统具有功重比高、能源利用率高、结构高度紧凑等特点。
