The embodiment of the invention provides a metal frame for built-in connection of an aluminum alloy structure. The metal frame comprises a first connecting piece, a second connecting piece, a rubber gasket and a bolt. Wherein the first connecting piece comprises a first concave part and a first butt joint part, and the outer wall of one end of the first concave part is parallel to the bottom surface of the first concave part and extends outwards to form the first butt joint part; the second connecting piece comprises a second concave part and a second butt joint part; the outer wall of one end of the second concave part is parallel to the bottom surface of the second concave part and extends outwards to form the second butt joint part; the first butt joint part and the second butt joint part are adjustably connected through a bolt, the concave surfaces of the first concave part and the second concave part are oppositely arranged to form a containing groove, the end part of the first concave part and the end part of the second concave part form a bayonet, and the rubber gasket is arranged in the containing groove and wraps the inner wall of the containing groove. The aluminum alloy structure is connected by adopting a combination form of a stainless steel connecting piece and a rubber gasket; by means of the optimization, the strength of the built-in structure is guaranteed, and meanwhile primary battery reaction is avoided.

    本申请实施例提供了一种铝合金结构内装连接的金属框架,包括:第一连接件、第二连接件、橡胶垫片和螺栓;其中,第一连接件包括第一凹部和第一对接部,第一凹部一端外壁平行于第一凹部底面向外延伸形成第一对接部;第二连接件包括第二凹部和第二对接部,第二凹部一端外壁平行于第二凹部底面向外延伸形成第二对接部;第一对接部与第二对接部通过螺栓可调节连接,第一凹部与第二凹部凹面相对设置形成一容纳槽,第一凹部端部与第二凹部端部形成一卡口,橡胶垫片设置于容纳槽并包覆容纳槽内壁。采用不锈钢连接件和橡胶垫片的组合形式进行连接铝合金结构;通过这种优化,使得在保证内装结构强度同时避免原电池反应。
