The invention discloses a method for quickly carrying and positioning a lashing bridge of a large container ship, which comprises the following steps of: 1, measuring three-dimensional data of the lashing bridge after the lashing bridge is totally assembled, and reversely shifting a lashing bridge positioning reference point at the L position of the lower end of each upright post of the lashing bridge by combining the three-dimensional overall data of the lashing bridge; 2, measuring data of the positioning reference point and the end face of the lower opening of the binding bridge, and recording the data as carrying data D; 3, determining the carrying position of the binding bridge on the ship according to the center line of the ship body, drawing a positioning line, and setting a positioning backer; 4, measuring data of the carrying position of the lashing bridge on the ship, and recording the data as reference data J; 5, carrying out simulation analysis on the D and J sets of data by utilizing OTS software, and calculating the carrying allowance of the binding bridge; step 6, allowance trimming and cutting; and 7, carrying and positioning the lashing bridge. According to the method, the carrying allowance of the lashing bridge can be completely repaired and cut before hoisting, and the purpose of rapid and accurate positioning can be achieved in the hoisting and positioning process.

    本发明公开了一种大型集装箱船绑扎桥快速搭载定位的方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一、绑扎桥总组完成后,对绑扎桥三维数据进行测量,并结合绑扎桥三维整体数据将绑扎桥定位基准点反拨于绑扎桥的各立柱下端L处;步骤二、测量定位基准点与绑扎桥下口端面的数据,记为搭载数据D;步骤三、根据船体中心线确认绑扎桥在船上搭载的位置,并画出定位线,设置定位靠山;步骤四、测量绑扎桥在船上搭载位置的数据,记为基准数据J;步骤五、利用OTS软件将D、J两套数据进行模拟分析,计算出绑扎桥搭载余量;步骤六、余量修割;步骤七、绑扎桥搭载定位。本发明不仅可以将绑扎桥的搭载余量全部在吊装前完成修割,而且在吊装定位过程中也能实现快速精准定位的目的。
