The invention provides a gate pole driving circuit, a vehicle and an active heating control method of the gate pole driving circuit, the gate pole driving circuit comprises a micro-control unit, a driving unit, a turn-on branch circuit, a turn-off branch circuit, a first heating branch circuit and a second heating branch circuit, in a heating working condition, the driving unit receives a first control signal of the micro-control unit and controls the turn-on branch circuit to turn off the turn-on branch circuit; heating driving signals are sent to the first heating branch circuit and the second heating branch circuit so as to control on and off of the power module, and meanwhile the power module is driven to heat a power battery of the vehicle. Under the condition that the switching frequency of the power module of the inverter is not changed, the first heating branch circuit and the second heating branch circuit are introduced into the gate drive circuit, so that the on time and the off time of the power module are prolonged, the switching loss of the inverter is increased, and the switching efficiency of the inverter is improved. The electrically-driven active heating rate of the power battery of the electric automobile in the low-temperature environment is increased, and the electrically-driven active heating effect of the power battery is optimized.

    本发明提供一种门极驱动电路、车辆及门极驱动电路的主动加热控制方法,其中门极驱动电路包括微控制单元、驱动单元、开通支路、关断支路、第一加热支路和第二加热支路,在加热工况中,所述驱动单元接收所述微控制单元的第一控制信号,向所述第一加热支路和所述第二加热支路发出加热驱动信号以控制所述功率模块的开通和关断,同时驱动所述功率模块来加热车辆的动力电池。本申请通过在逆变器的功率模块的开关频率不变的情况下,通过在门极驱动电路中引入第一加热支路和第二加热支路,延长功率模块的开通时间和关断时间,增加逆变器的开关损耗,提高了电动汽车的动力电池在低温环境下电驱动主动加热的速率,优化了动力电池电驱动主动加热的效果。
