The invention discloses a disposal method for a thermal runaway battery in a battery replacement station, and the method comprises the steps: a temperature detection device detects the temperature of the battery and transmits the temperature to a monitoring system, and when the temperature of the battery exceeds a preset threshold value, the monitoring system determines the battery as the thermal runaway battery and gives an alarm; the monitoring system confirms the position of the thermal runaway battery and controls the stacker crane to take out the thermal runaway battery from the battery rack; and the monitoring system controls the stacker crane to execute preset operation, so that the thermal runaway battery directly penetrates through an emergency exit formed in the side wall of the battery replacing station and is transferred to the outside of the battery replacing station. According to the disposal method, the temperature of the battery is detected through the temperature detection equipment, the temperature of the battery is sent to the monitoring system, the monitoring system confirms the position of the thermal runaway battery with the temperature exceeding the standard according to a preset threshold value, and a stacker crane is controlled to directly transfer the thermal runaway battery to the outside of the battery replacing station through an emergency exit in the side wall of the battery replacing station. Therefore, the transfer speed of the thermal runaway battery is increased, and the safety of the battery swap station is improved.

    本发明公开了一种换电站内的热失控电池的处置方法,该处置方法包括步骤:温度检测设备检测电池的温度并发送给监控系统,当电池的温度超过预设阈值时,监控系统将其确认为热失控电池并报警;监控系统确认热失控电池的位置,并控制码垛机从电池架取出热失控电池;监控系统控制码垛机执行预设操作,使得热失控电池直接穿过设于换电站的侧壁上的应急出口转运至换电站的外部。该处置方法通过温度检测设备检测电池的温度,并将电池的温度发送给监控系统,监控系统根据预设阈值确认出温度超标的热失控电池的位置,并控制码垛机通过换电站侧壁上的应急出口直接将该热失控电池转运至换电站的外部,从而提升了热失控电池的转移速度和提高了换电站的安全性。
