A charging gun cooling system disclosed by the present invention comprises a charging gun body, a sealing cooling mechanism and a circulating cooling conveying mechanism, the sealing cooling mechanism is arranged on one side of the charging gun body, the sealing cooling mechanism comprises a sealing cooling piece, and a cooling sealing cover is arranged on one side, away from the charging gun body, of the sealing cooling piece. A plurality of evenly-distributed fixing screws are connected between the sealing cooling piece and the cooling sealing cover, a cooling flow guide cavity is formed between the sealing cooling piece and the cooling sealing cover, a partition plate is fixedly connected into the cooling sealing cover and divides the cooling flow guide cavity into a cooling cavity and a backflow cavity, and the cooling cavity is communicated with the backflow cavity. The circulating cooling conveying mechanism is arranged on the side, away from the sealing cooling piece, of the cooling sealing cover. Through arrangement of corresponding mechanisms, the cooling effect of the charging gun is remarkably improved, the situation that the temperature of the charging gun is too high in the using process is avoided, the charging efficiency of the charging gun is improved, and the service life of the charging gun is prolonged.
本发明公开了一种充电枪冷却系统,包括充电枪体、密封冷却机构、循环冷却输送机构,密封冷却机构设于充电枪体的一侧,密封冷却机构包括密封冷却件,密封冷却件远离充电枪体的一侧设有冷却密封盖,密封冷却件与冷却密封盖之间连接有多个均匀分布的固定螺钉,密封冷却件与冷却密封盖之间形成有冷却导流腔,冷却密封盖内固定连接有隔板,隔板将冷却导流腔分隔成冷却腔与回流腔,冷却腔与回流腔相导通,循环冷却输送机构设于冷却密封盖远离密封冷却件的一侧。本发明通过相应机构设置,显著提高了对充电枪进行散热冷却的效果,避免了充电枪在使用过程中出现温度过高的情况,提高了充电枪的充电效率,延长了充电枪的使用寿命。
