The invention discloses a parking space sharing system, which comprises a substation system, a user terminal system and a platform server, and is characterized in that the platform server comprises platform server equipment which is communicated and controlled with the substation system and a user terminal and has calculation and management functions, and the substation system comprises an access control system and a substation working terminal; the access control system has the functions of allowing entering vehicle information input and recognition and automatically releasing, and the access control system can recognize identity information of entering and exiting vehicles in a license plate and two-dimensional code recognition mode; the user terminal system comprises a terminal device used by a resource subject for issuing resource object sharing information and maintaining collection information, and a device used by a resource request subject for searching a resource object for reservation, going for parking and paying. The invention also discloses a shared charging system based on the same principle. According to the invention, electronized and networked stable sharing of the parking space and the charging pile is realized through series innovation, and the system has very practical significance for promoting the development of the electric vehicle.
