The invention discloses a plug-in hybrid vehicle type battery structure and an arrangement method.A battery is placed in a hexahedron battery structure defined by sheet materials, a cooling water pipe and a fire extinguishing water pipe are arranged in the hexahedron battery structure, and a cooling water pipe water inlet and a cooling water pipe water outlet are formed in the surface of the hexahedron battery structure; a plurality of reinforcing devices are arranged in the hexahedral battery structures in the gravity direction, the multiple hexahedral battery structures are arranged below two rows of seats, the upper surfaces serve as a part of a vehicle body floor, and the arrangement space is saved. And the battery is designed into an n-shaped form, so that the battery cells are arranged in a double-layer manner, and the purposes of increasing the electric quantity of the battery and improving the endurance of pure electricity are achieved. The problem is solved by adopting a battery cooling mode of left and right partitioned cooling due to non-uniform arrangement of the battery cells. When the air pressure of the battery is abnormal, the pressure release valve is automatically opened to release pressure; meanwhile, when the sensor detects that the temperature is abnormal, fire extinguishing substances are automatically positioned and released, and the battery is prevented from being on fire.

    本发明公开了一种插电式混动车型电池结构及布置方法,本发明将电池放置在由片状材料围成的六面体电池结构中,六面体电池结构内设置有冷却水管和灭火水管,六面体电池结构表面设置冷却水管进水口,冷却水管出水口,灭火水管进水口和泄压阀,六面体电池结构内沿重力方向设置有多个加固装置,多个六面体电池结构布置于二排座椅下,使上表面作为车身地板的一部分,节省布置空间;并将电池设计成n字型形式,使电池电芯双层布置,达到增加电池电量,提升纯电续航的目的。因电芯排布不均,采用了左右分区冷却的电池冷却方式,以解决该问题。在电池气压异常时,泄压阀自动开启泄压;同时,在传感器检测到温度异常时,自动定位释放灭火物质,防止电池起火。
