The invention relates to a motor control system, a control method of the motor control system and a vehicle, the motor control system comprises a post-stage DC/DC converter of an OBC, a pre-stage PFC of the OBC, a first direct current capacitor, a second direct current capacitor, a motor inverter and an open winding motor, two ends of the first direct current capacitor are respectively connected with a high-voltage battery and the motor inverter to form a first channel; direct current of a high-voltage battery is inverted into first three-phase alternating current through a first channel, an open winding motor is driven through the first three-phase alternating current, and the high-voltage battery, a post-stage DC/DC converter of an OBC, a second direct current capacitor and a pre-stage PFC of the OBC are connected according to a preset sequence to form a second channel. And after the direct current of the high-voltage battery is inverted into a second three-phase alternating current through the second channel, the open winding motor is driven through the second three-phase alternating current. Therefore, the problems of low function multiplexing degree of the motor inverter and the vehicle-mounted charger, low fault-tolerant rate of motor control and the like are solved.

    本申请涉及一种电机控制系统、电机控制系统的控制方法及车辆,包括:OBC的后级DC/DC变换器、OBC的前级PFC、第一直流电容、第二直流电容、电机逆变器和开绕组电机,通过第一直流电容的两端分别与高压电池和电机逆变器相连形成第一通道,利用第一通道将高压电池的直流电逆变为第一三相交流电,通过第一三相交流电驱动开绕组电机,通过将高压电池、OBC的后级DC/DC变换器、第二直流电容和OBC的前级PFC按照预设顺序相连形成第二通道,利用第二通道将高压电池的直流电逆变为第二三相交流电后,通过第二三相交流电驱动开绕组电机。由此,解决了电机逆变器与车载充电机功能复用度低、电机控制容错率低等问题。
