The invention relates to a helicopter tail rotor hub shaft assembly and shaft sleeve assembly fatigue test device which comprises a supporting seat, an adapter rod, an X-axis transfer assembly, a Y-axis transfer assembly, a Z-axis transfer assembly, a supporting frame, an X-axis fixing seat, an X-axis hydraulic oil cylinder, a Y-axis fixing seat, a Y-axis hydraulic oil cylinder, a Z-axis fixing seat and a Z-axis hydraulic oil cylinder. The X-axis hydraulic oil cylinder can be used for carrying out shimmy test on a helicopter tail rotor hub shaft assembly and a shaft sleeve assembly; the Y-axis hydraulic oil cylinder can be used for testing the centrifugal force of a helicopter tail rotor hub shaft assembly and a shaft sleeve assembly; the Z-axis hydraulic oil cylinder can carry out a flapping test on a helicopter tail rotor hub shaft assembly and a shaft sleeve assembly. The excitation test of the hub shaft assembly and the shaft sleeve assembly of the helicopter tail rotor is adjusted into component force coordinated loading, so that the problem that the test debugging work is tedious is solved, meanwhile, it can be guaranteed that test data are more accurate, and the coupling influence caused by the fact that waving and shimmy share one oil cylinder is eliminated.

    本发明涉及一种直升机尾桨毂轴组件、轴套组件疲劳试验装置,包括支撑座、转接杆、X轴中转组件、Y轴中转组件、Z轴中转组件、支撑架、X轴固定座、X轴液压油缸、Y轴固定座、Y轴液压油缸、Z轴固定座及Z轴液压油缸,其中,X轴液压油缸可对直升机尾桨毂轴组件、轴套组件进行摆振测试;Y轴液压油缸可对直升机尾桨毂轴组件、轴套组件进行离心力进行测试;Z轴液压油缸可对直升机尾桨毂轴组件、轴套组件进行挥舞测试。本发明通过通过将直升机尾桨毂轴组件、轴套组件的激振测试调整为分力协调加载,解决了试验调试工作繁琐的问题,同时还能保证试验数据更加精准,消除挥舞和摆振共用一个油缸造成的耦合影响。
