The invention discloses a control device for a hydraulic jacking system of a tower crane. The control device comprises a hydraulic oil tank, comprising a hydraulic pump communicated with a hydraulic oil tank, a liquid level temperature sensor, a radiator, an integrated valve, a jacking oil cylinder and a controller. The hydraulic pump conveys hydraulic oil to the jacking oil cylinder through the pile-up valve; the liquid level temperature sensor is used for monitoring the temperature of hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil tank and transmitting the monitored real-time temperature to the controller through an electric signal; the pile-up valve comprises a three-position four-way reversing valve for conveying hydraulic oil, a reversing valve for starting and stopping the hydraulic jacking system, a throttling valve for realizing a buffering function when a jacking oil cylinder reciprocates, a back pressure valve for improving the performance of the system, and a safety valve for protecting the system from overload; the radiator is used for temperature control, the throttle valve and the cushion valve are used for relieving hydraulic impact, and safety and reliability of the jacking process are guaranteed. The hydraulic jacking system is cooled, so that the service life of hydraulic oil is prolonged, and the safety coefficient of the tower crane jacking system is improved.

    本发明公开了一种塔机液压顶升系统控制装置,包括液压油箱;包括与液压油箱连通的液压泵,液位温度传感器,散热器,集成阀,顶升油缸,和控制器;所述液压泵通过集成阀为顶升油缸输送液压油;所述液位温度传感器用于监测液压油箱中液压油的温度,并将监测实时温度通过电信号传输至控制器;所述集成阀包括输送液压油的三位四通换向阀,液压顶升系统启停工作的的换向阀,实现顶升油缸往复行程时缓冲功能的节流阀,改善系统性能的背压阀,对系统起过载保护的安全阀;本发明运用散热器温控,与节流阀和缓冲阀进行减缓液压冲击,保证顶升过程的安全可靠。对液压顶升系统进行散热降温,延长了液压油使用寿命,提高了塔机顶升系统的安全系数。
