An anti-falling device for a climbing frame comprises the climbing frame and a special section, outwards-extending lug bases are arranged at the four corners of the lower portion of the special section, tenons used in cooperation with the outwards-extending lug bases are arranged on the climbing frame, the outwards-extending lug bases and the tenons are connected together through pin shafts, padlocks are arranged on the outwards-extending lug bases, and hooks used in cooperation with the padlocks are arranged on the tenons. According to the anti-falling device for the climbing frame and the mounting method, through the anti-falling device composed of the hook and the padlock, the use safety performance of the climbing frame is improved, and the accident rate can be reduced; due to the outer cambered surface design of the hook, the climbing frame can automatically eject open the padlock, and normal installation and use of the climbing frame are guaranteed; the anti-falling device is additionally arranged on the lug at the diagonal position of the special section, so that when the device works, the influence of additional bending moment is avoided, and the structure is safer and more stable.

    一种爬升架防坠落装置,包括爬升架和特殊节,特殊节下部四个角设有外伸耳座,爬升架上设有与外伸耳座配合使用的榫头,外伸耳座与榫头通过销轴连接在一起,外伸耳座上设有挂锁,榫头上设有与挂锁配合使用的挂钩。本发明的爬升架防坠落装置及安装方法,通过挂钩与挂锁组成的防坠落装置,提高了爬升架的使用安全性能,可以降低事故发生率;挂钩的外弧面设计使得爬升架可自动顶开挂锁,保证爬升架的正常安装使用;在特殊节对角线位置的耳座增加防坠落装置,在装置起作用时,不会存在附加弯矩的影响,使得结构更加安全稳定。
