The invention relates to a fixed tower crane perpendicularity adjusting device and a using method thereof, and the fixed tower crane perpendicularity adjusting device comprises a supporting frame suitable for mounting a base section of a tower crane; the number of the supporting assemblies is four, and the four supporting assemblies are arranged at the four corners of the supporting frame so as to support the supporting frame; each supporting assembly comprises a supporting base plate fixedly connected with the bearing platform and an adjusting lead screw connected with the supporting base plate and the supporting frame, a first through hole is formed in the supporting frame, the adjusting lead screw is arranged in the first through hole, and the supporting frame can slide along the adjusting lead screw under the action of external force; a hemispherical groove is formed in the supporting base plate, the end, connected with the supporting base plate, of the adjusting lead screw is a hemispherical head, and the hemispherical head is installed in the hemispherical groove and can rotate relative to the hemispherical groove, so that the perpendicularity of the fixed tower crane is rapidly adjusted.
