The invention relates to a fixed tower crane inclination adjusting device and a mounting method thereof.The fixed tower crane inclination adjusting device comprises an upper supporting frame, a lower supporting frame, a connecting supporting assembly and a cable-stayed adjusting assembly, and the two ends of the cable-stayed adjusting assembly are rotationally connected between the two staggered and adjacent corners of the upper supporting frame and the lower supporting frame; the cable-stayed component can extend or contract under the action of external force, so that the distance between the upper support frame and the lower support frame component at the joint of the cable-stayed adjusting component is increased or reduced; each connecting and supporting assembly comprises a first supporting base plate fixedly connected with the upper supporting frame, a second supporting base plate fixedly connected with the lower supporting frame and a connecting rod connecting the first supporting base plate and the second supporting base plate, the first supporting base plate is movably connected with the connecting rod, and a ball groove is formed in the second supporting base plate. The end, connected with the second supporting base plate, of the connecting rod is a ball head, and the ball head is installed in the ball groove and can rotate relative to the ball groove, so that the inclination of the fixed tower crane is conveniently adjusted.
