The invention discloses a tubular pile unmanned crane and a control method thereof and the tubular pile unmanned crane, the tubular pile unmanned crane comprises a machine body and a control system device, the machine body comprises a bridge frame, a cart running mechanism, a trolley, an electrical component, a clamp, a horizontal wheel set, a clamp anti-swing mechanism and a bar code positioning device, the cart running mechanism acts on the bridge frame to control walking of the bridge frame, and the trolley runs on the bridge frame; the trolley acts on the bridge frame to control lifting of the clamp, the clamp acts on the trolley to clamp and lock a tubular pile, and the clamp anti-swing mechanism is arranged between the bridge frame and the clamp to limit swing of the clamp in the lifting process. Compared with the prior art, the pipe pile hoisting device has the advantages that the pipe pile is hoisted for multiple times in an unmanned automatic operation mode, meanwhile, the precision is high, the working efficiency and the working stability are improved, the occurrence of safety accidents is reduced due to the reduction of the labor cost, and the safety and the accuracy are excellent.

    本发明公开了管桩无人起重机及其控制方法,管桩无人起重机,包括:机体和控制系统装置,机体包括:桥架、大车运行机构、小车、电气部件、夹具、水平轮组、夹具防摇机构和条形码定位装置,大车运行机构作用于桥架上,以控制桥架的行走,小车作用于桥架上,以控制夹具的抬升,夹具作用于小车上,以对管桩进行夹持锁定,夹具防摇机构设置在桥架与夹具之间,以限制夹具在起吊的过程中出现晃动。本发明具备了采用无人自动化操作的方式,来对管桩进行多次吊运,同时具有较高的精准度,进而提高作业效率和作业的稳定度,以及因人工成本的减少,也减小了安全事故的发生,具有优良的安全性和准确性。
